How To Proceed
1. Make a Contact via Email
Send an Email to the Email address below with attaching to be translated documents.
Please include your name, contact information, when you want to recieve the translated document, what payment method you would like to use and your requirements to HuiMei Lanugage
Service.

2. EASY ORDER
If you are satisfied with our offer, then please make an order.
Please send us an "ORDER" mail.
Then you will recieve "CONFIRMATION" mail from us. This means we conclude the translation contract.
3. TRANSLATION STARTS
We will translate your documents with full understanding of its purpose and its field. Our all-in-one translation service includes precise and accurate translation, proofreading, as well as layout modification. We are responsible for every requirement of you customers.

4. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
We deliver the translated documents to you via Email. Please confirm the recieval of documents. Let us know if you need any modification. We will serve you as soon as possible. If there is no problem, then delivery is completed. After confirmation of delivery, we ask individual customers to make payment within one week via Paypal. For corporation customer, we ask you to make payment by the end of next months after we make the delivery. We will issue an invoice and send it along with the translated documents.
